  1. Futures Broker must have business license from BAPPEBTI.
  2. Futures Broker is supervised by Jakarta Futures Exchange, Indonesia Derivatives Clearing House and BAPPEBTI.
  3. Customer's fund is deposited in a Segregated Account.
  4. Compensation Fund (managed by Jakarta Futures Exchange).
  5. Broker is required to give confirmation for every transaction.
