PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures is established based on Deed of Notary Agus Madjid, SH. No. 2 dated 1 July 2005. The main activity of the company in accordance with company constitution paragraph 3 is to undertake activity in Commodity Futures Trading as Commodity Futures Broker. The company's activities are based on Law No. 32/1997 concerning Commodity Futures Trading and other supporting technical regulations as the legal foundation of Commodity Futures Trading in Indonesia.

With our experiences, we are confident that we can take part and support the vision of Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti / Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency) 2005 - 2009 namely "Attainment of efficient and effective Commodity Futures Trading activities through price-fluctuation-risk management".
